Brownie Base
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Toppings
- 1 10 oz bag of miniature marshmallows
- 3 Hershey Bars (1.55 oz each), chopped
- 8 graham crackers broken into small pieces
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the brownie base.
- Melt Butter and Chocolate: In a large bowl, combine the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in short bursts, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract and eggs to the melted chocolate mixture until well incorporated.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Add the granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and ground cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Stir thoroughly until the batter is smooth and fully combined.
- Add Chopped Chocolate: Chop 1½ of the Hershey bars into pieces and fold them into the brownie batter evenly.
- Bake Brownie Base: Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Prepare Toppings: Allow the baked brownies to cool for a few minutes. Coarsely chop the remaining Hershey bars and sprinkle over the top along with the broken graham cracker pieces and spread the miniature marshmallows evenly.
- Broil Topping: Place the brownie pan under the broiler for a few minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted.
