Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Brew 60ml of espresso (about two shots) and let it cool slightly. Gather the milk, ice, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract if using.
  2. Blend the Frappé: Add the espresso, 250ml of milk, two handfuls of ice, 75g caramel sauce, and vanilla extract into a high-powered blender. Blitz everything until the mixture is smooth and frothy with no ice chunks remaining.
  3. Serve: Pour the blended frappé into a glass. Top with whipped cream if desired, and drizzle with extra caramel sauce to enhance the sweetness and presentation.
